This project involved developing a reusable weekly schedule template for ESPN+ for Business through Joe Hand Promotions, used to highlight televised college football matchups throughout the season. Because the schedule changed weekly, I needed to create a design system that was flexible, easy to update, and visually consistent across posts and email distributions.

My goal was to establish a layout that balanced clarity and excitement—something that would immediately convey ESPN’s energy and brand identity while presenting detailed game information in a clean, digestible format. I built the template with modular elements, allowing text, logos, and matchup imagery to be swapped seamlessly each week without disrupting the overall design structure.

Since this was one of my final projects at Joe Hand Promotions, I placed strong emphasis on handoff and usability. I ensured that the design file was organized, labeled, and scalable so that other team members could easily update it after my departure. This process not only refined my systematic design thinking and file organization, but also deepened my understanding of how to create assets that are both brand-driven and operationally efficient—a skill that continues to guide my design approach today.
